The body in Motion in Everyday activities Components of the body movement Bones offer support for human bodies from the head to the toes and this helps to form their shape. The skull provides protection to the brain and plays a pivotal role in shaping the face. The spinal cord, a member of the central nervous system along with the brain, serves as a channel for messages moving between the body and the brain. The spinal column also referred to as the backbone offers protection to the spinal cord. A cage that shelters the lings, heart, as well as the liver in addition to the spleen comes from the ribs. On the other hand, the pelvis takes the responsibility of safeguarding gall bladder, reproductive organs in women, and the intestines in all human beings. Bones defy their weight, which is very light to offer strong support to the entire weight of a person. When two bones meet, they form a joint. The joint helps to increase the flexibility of the skeleton. Flexibility necessitates movement in a human being or any other animal. Elsewhere, muscles constitute masses of elastic but tough tissue with a major responsibility of pulling bones during movement. They are necessary because they also facilitate body motion. Put together, muscles, bones, as well as joints attached to tendons, cartilage, and ligaments entail the musculoskeletal system. They enable human beings to carry out daily physical activities. Exercise is the easiest and most appropriate way of enhancing both the mental and physical health of a person. A little of the same everyday reduces anxiety and depression. Furthermore, it boosts the mood and energy and goes miles away in eliminating stress. The value of physical activity Physical activity is much more than muscle size and aerobic capacity. Among other things, physical exercise enhances the health of an individual, improves the physique, enhances the sex life of a person, reduces the waistline to take an appropriate shape, and increases the number of years one can live on earth. It gives a huge sense of well-being in addition to the benefits above and this catalyzes most people to exercise. People feel energetic during the day while at work, sharpen their memories, sleep well, and feel positive about their lives, apart from feeling relaxed than ever. In easing anxiety and stress, a thirty-minute bicycle ride cannot sweep the troubles in the life of a person. However, regular exercises help an individual to manage and control the levels of anxiety in addition to minimizing the levels of stress. Aerobic exercises for instance, discharge hormones responsible for relieving stress and facilitating an improved sense of well-being. The second perspective is that physical activities lift the mood of a person. Body motion during a physical exercise treats depression at the levels ranging from mild to moderate in an effective manner similar to using anti-depressants. Physical activity initiates the body to release endorphins. They are strong chemicals in the brain of a person that activates the spirits in a human being making him or her feel extremely good. Physical activities sharpen the brainpower of a person. The role of endorphins in the body responsible for the good state and feeling by a person prepares a person for tasks assigned to him or her and in the process delivers sharpness. It is important to understand that physical activity makes the body to grow new brain cells and in the process eliminates declines related to age. Regular body movement improves self-esteem. It is a form of investment, in the brain, body, as well as soul. It generates a sense of self-worth when a person makes it a regular obligation making an individual feel powerful and strong. Finally, regular exercising enhances energy in the body of a human being. A person receives more get-up-and-go by increasing the rate at which the heart beats many times in a week because he or she feels more energized. Social Psychology and Body Motion Social psychology entails the nature as well as the influences of social behavior among human beings. The mind is the centre with which social behavior revolves. Understanding the role of social psychology, it requires comprehension of how social behaviors and minds relate. This fosters the understanding of the relationship existing between groups, minds, as well as behavior in a three-dimensional way. Thirdly, social influence makes a person a better communicator. Communication entails other features apart from writing and speaking. To pass the message across effectively, people ought to learn ways of personal expression. This includes among others understanding and exercising effective nonverbal communication, and reading cues in the nonverbal communication perspectives from people around. Significant strategies of doing this include appropriate use of eye contact, identifying nonverbal signals in other people, and learning the application of the tone in the voice as a way of emphasizing the message. The fourth aspect of psychology constitutes learning understand others in a better way. Similarities exist regarding understanding nonverbal aspects of communication and the capacity to internalize emotions in addition to the emotions of people within the surrounding. The aspect contains an essential role in managing and maintaining relationships with professionals and casual friends. In this case, scholars refer to emotional intelligence as the ability of a person comprehending his or her emotions together with those he or she relates with in the daily activities. A person needs to consider the likely benefits and costs accompanying a particular decision. Finally, it becomes essential for a person to use the grid analysis methodology because it provides a score for ways through which a specific decision will meet specific requirements.
