However, this could be achieved by making use of standard performance and developmental arrangements among workers and directors. Additionally, in the scenario of Dell business, we need to establish some learning objectives that are associated with the business objectives to make sure business development. In this scenario at Dell Corporation managers should be accountable for making sure that the performance development procedure takes place among their personnel. Since, learning is as well more and more being utilized as an instrument to make sure the efficient change management (Maund, 2001).
Conclusion
